Ingredients:
1 package of ramen noodles
Sliced veggies of your choice
Meat (or tofu) of your choice
2-3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 teaspoons of sugar
chili flakes (use as little or as much as you want for spice)
Boil the ramen noodles until they're al dente and set aside. Saute veggies in sesame oil. Add in noodles and stir. Mix in oyster sauce, sugar and chili flakes. Serve with freshly chopped scallions for garnish.
