I live in what some (or most) people would consider a tough neighborhood. And yes, to their credit I would say it's true. It's no real ghetto or anything, but there is a big problem with drug dealing, shootings and theft. However, when I saw this happening in front of a condemned house across the street from mine, I just shook my head and thought, "even the cats here are misbehaved!" Sheesh. Take it to the alley, kitties! There are children present (and they don't need anymore bad examples in their lives)!
