The Object of my Affection Today Is: Diptyque Candles

When I lived in Los Angeles, there used to be a Mistral boutique behind our apartment on Third Street where I discovered my now long-time favorite candle by Parisian company Diptyque in the Baies scent - which is a blend of black currant and Bulgarian rose, evoking the scent of a green riverside garden. Its been burning in my bedroom for an hour now and I just can't get enough of this scent. Although these candles are on the pricey side, if burned correctly (min. 1 hour and trim your wick!) -- it will burn for 50-60 hours and makes a great gift for someone or yourself!
