Jem is excitement!

Although most people went out and partied the weekend before Halloween, I saved my energy (and money) for an actual Halloween party at the Varsity. Rachel and I decided to go as characters from Jem and the Holograms, my all-time favorite show growing up. Of course, since we were surrounded by too many young folks - most people thought I was Nicky Minaj (puke) or had no clue who we were at all. I was Jem and Rachel was Aja -- it took us over an hour to do our make-up and hair...but we had a blast!
