I've been getting into a good habit of taking evening strolls after dinner here in St. Paul -- this time it was through Battle Creek park near downtown St. Paul and the Mississippi River. We had a major thunder and lightning storm a few days prior and I captured a bit of that storm in my video below. I love the crazy storms we get here in the Midwest! There's nothing else like it.
A casualty of strong thunderstorm winds.
A small bridge over Battle Creek.
A twig with a sort of moss/mold on it up close.
A young fallen acorn.
Some pretty purple wild flowers.
The sun getting ready to set.
We find tons of wild serviceberry bushes.
Another casualty of thunderstorm war.
