Pop-Up Books: The Lost Art

I don't know about you, but I still LOVE pop up books and flip books -- I would always try and sell this idea to my Ex (who owned a company that made special limited edition merchandise) to reinvent the Pop Up Book, to use some of their key characters and make a limited edition art/kids book. And yes, if they ever do make one I will take full credit here! Check out this similar idea that Neiman Marcus did in 2007 for their 100th anniversary. It uses seven spectacular pops to tell the story of a girl’s journey through Neiman Marcus from past to present. What adventures will this traveler encounter? What happens in a chateau’s window when a chimney is pulled? Can the future be seen in the face of a clock? Only time, and the turn of a page, will tell. It's pretty much the coolest pop up book I've ever seen.
